The short version
- You can use Studiora without an account and without giving us anything.
- There are no accounts, logins, or signup forms. We do not collect your name, email, or any other personal information through this site.
- We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your information.
- First Mate runs in your browser. Your messages are not saved.
- If you contact us directly (for example by Instagram DM or email), we only use what you send to reply to you.
Who we are
Studiora (studiora.org) is run by Ruth Ayalew and Ruhama Berhan, operating as Studiora, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Studiora. To reach us about privacy, email studiora.shop@gmail.com or DM @studiora.official on Instagram.
What we collect, and why
Studiora has no accounts, logins, or signup forms, so we do not ask you for your name, email, school, grades, or anything else. The only information involved in visiting the site is:

Please do not send us sensitive information. We never need it.
First Mate, our chat helper
By default, First Mate's answers are written in your browser from the information on this site. Your messages are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they disappear when you close or reload the page.
If we turn on the AI version of First Mate, the chat window will say so. In that mode, the messages from your current chat are sent through our server to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can write a reply. We do not save the conversation. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, under which it does not use API conversations to train its models by default. Please do not type personal details like your full name, address, or phone number into the chat.
Cookies and similar technology
We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or ads. See the Cookie Policy for the full details.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only outside services that handle it are:
- HostGator, which hosts the website.
- Anthropic, only if the AI version of First Mate is turned on, as described above.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
Students under 13
Studiora is for students in high school and college. The site has no signup forms and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If a child under 13 contacts us directly, we will only use what they send to reply, and we will delete it if a parent asks. If you are under 18, please look over this policy with a parent or guardian.
Your rights and choices
Because the site does not collect personal information, there is usually nothing for us to show, correct, or delete. If you have contacted us and want that message deleted, or you have any privacy question, email studiora.shop@gmail.com or DM @studiora.official on Instagram. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states with privacy laws, the UK, or the EU), you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information, and we treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to.
How we protect it
The site only works over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and uses strict security settings that block outside scripts. The best protection is the simplest one: we do not collect your information in the first place, so there is nothing of yours stored here to steal.
Where your information is stored
Our servers are in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be handled in the US under this policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, for example if we add a signup form in the future, we will update it before the change goes live and update the date at the top.
